About
Audra Kellen
Private Client Advisor, Calder Bay. Seventeen years representing owners and buyers of significant homes.

A practice built on preparation
I began my career restoring old houses with my father, a builder who believed a home should be understood before it is changed. That habit stayed with me. Before I price or market a home, I learn how it was built, how it lives through the seasons, and what sets it apart.
Since 2009 I have closed more than two hundred sales across Calder Bay, from brick terraces in Linden Cove to estate land in Wrenmere. I keep my practice deliberately small, so every client works with me directly, from the first walkthrough to the closing table.
Away from work, you will find me at the Saturday market on Mercer Yard, or on the bluff trail at Saltgrass Point with a camera.
The Approach
Three principles
01
Preparation
Every home is studied before it is shown: its history, its light and its market. Pricing follows evidence, not optimism.
02
Presentation
Architectural photography, a dusk film, printed materials and a preview for cooperating agents. Each home is presented as it deserves.
03
Discretion
Your plans, your price and your timing stay between us. Private listings are handled quietly and in line with local listing rules.

No. 08 — Client Notes
“Audra prepared our home as if it were her own, then negotiated as if it were her own. We closed above asking in nineteen days.”
Seller, Wrenmere
“Calm, exact and discreet from the first call to closing. We never felt rushed, and we never felt in the dark.”
Buyer, Linden Cove
“Her valuation was within one percent of the final price. That kind of preparation is rare.”
Seller, Saltgrass Point
Let’s talk about your home.
